LITTER ACT
~ The Litter Act has been considered the solution to help change the world. For instance, it is written by the law to spread the word to communities around the world. With the act now in place, it'll pass on the message for many generations to keep our lands clean. To summarize, The Litter Act began when people leave trash behind. Now that it's passed down, the law has made it official that The Litter Act can make a difference.
~ The Litter Act began in 1969.
~ Before the Litter Act, there were lands that's filled with trash and junk. As of today's standards, what changed since the Litter Act was passed down is the actions of every U.S. citizen. Apparently, there are people out there who seems to forgot about what effects does littering have in public areas. With the law keeping communities in check of their owned lands, they have garbage men to get the job done. Garbage men are a worldwide official community who takes every citizens' trash from their homes especially on lands. They drove a truck that puts all garbage inside the back side of the truck. In fact, the machine all garbage trucks have is to push any big trash to make them flat. The reason why that machine exists is to make room for more trash to bring from sidewalks. The purpose for garbage men to take people's trash is under the law, they bring garbage to any land containing trash and junk. Some people say that all garbage men are life savers, because they make the world a better place. Thanks to garbage men, all communities can live a more clean and stable life.

~ The Litter Act is described to maintain balance of the Earth. It encourages every citizen in communities to take control of their actions with their trash. The simplest way for people to deal with trash on grounds is take a stand and throw it in trash bins and garbage disposals. If that issue was dealt with, communities can continue to performs activities and working on the job outside buildings without encountering any disturbances involving trash. In order to increase more awareness of any violation including trash that's still affecting public areas, there are solutions to prevent more littering in the future.

~ 1. Hire more public cleaning workers with cleaning equipment.
~ 2. Remind land owners to be more cautious and strict with their rules of keeping their public lands clean. That means writing letters to notify U.S. citizens living in their homes.
~ 3. Increase security for public lands. Add security cameras for public lands in buildings to keep watch of violators and any activity to take action if any violation on public areas get out of hand.
~ 4. Run occasional public land cleaning events for all communities, especially schools for educational purposes.

With those listed solutions, it will help communities more. It can also benefit not only for citizens who have jobs that works outside, but for the earth. To conclude, with the Litter Act in place, all communities will still continue educating children and the next generation to not make the same mistakes as violators do with public lands. For the better of mankind, all communities hope to be more strict with their law of having a non-litter environment and make people happy to enjoy a more stable life.
